SNAKEBYTE 4546

We are 4546 Snakebyte, a robotics team that is part of the Viperbots organization at Vandegrift High School. Our team was established in 2012 and has competed at the FTC World Championships twice. This year we have nine team members, seven of us are returning from last year's season and two of us are new to FTC! Our faculty mentors are Mr. Allen, Mrs. Golden, and Mrs. Stevenson, and our parent mentor is Mr. Ekambaram. Our team is organized into four subsets: hardware, CAD, software, and marketing. Here in our team, we consider sub-sections to be fluid. This means that team members can branch out their own subsection and do tasks for others! This makes us a more versatile, skilled team and allows us to grow stronger bonds with one another!

We have a project manager, assistant project manager, and leads who make up the leadership of our team. We are excited for the 2023-2024 season!

For us, leadership is first before team performance.

We are part of the Viperbots program at Vandegrift High School, which provides education and inspires STEM values through FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology). The Viperbots consist of ten FTC teams and one FRC team.
